IG-700 – Tier 3 Troubleshooting Course

Tier 3 troubleshooting is a level iGround considers the ultimate achievement. This course builds on the basic concepts, circuit usage, and mechanics from the IG-500 and IG-600 courses. To name just a few, it presents the student with the opportunity to:

  • Build/troubleshoot working electronic circuits.
  • Learn and use the various soldering, and desoldering, techniques for surface mount devices (SMDs).
  • Build, program, and troubleshoot a miniature smart home with various sensors.
  • Track signals in various stages of equipment operation via oscilloscope.
  • Use a state-of-the-art programmable controller to troubleshoot via ladder logic and other popular languages.
  • Build and program wireless controllers.
  • Troubleshoot equipment via schematics.

As with all iGround courses, the student keeps all of their equipment so they can be successful and continue their learning on the ever-expanding subject.
